Submita video showing us why YOU should become an Anaheim Ducks Power Player!
California residents, 19 or older, are invited to submit a video up to 1 minute long showing us why YOU should be a part of the 2012-2013 Power Player team. Those who submit the top 3 videos (videos voted on by our judges) will be guaranteed to make it past the first round of cuts to the face-to-face interview on July 7.
If the judges choose your video, you make it to the interview round, even if you can't ice skate!
Auditions take place at The-Rinks Anaheim Ice on Saturday, July 7 at 9am Rinks in Anaheim 300 West Lincoln Avenue Anaheim, CA 92805.
The Power Players are a team of professionals that support the Ducks event presentation efforts at every home game by greeting fans, sweeping the ice during timeouts, assisting with on-ice and in-stand promotions and helping to ensure our fans have an outstanding experience. Power Players are also actively involved in our many Community Relations and Fan Development events.

Winners will receive a pass through Round 1 ensuring them a spot in Round 2 for interviews. Video requirements - (What length, format needed)
Video should be no longer than :60 seconds, please upload a video file (.avi, .dv, .mov, .qt, .mp4, .mpeg, .3gp, .asf, .wmv, .mpg). Maximum file size = 200 MB.
Candidate requirements / experience necessary?
No experience or photos of you skating are necessary. It’s more of an essay based video on why you should be a Ducks Power Player.
Can I submit a video from outside of California?
No, California Residents only. Do we pay for transportation to the Honda Center?
No, the 1st and 2nd rounds are held at Anaheim Ice the same day. Candidates are responsible for their own transportation and to and from the Power Player Auditions.

If I don't submit a video can I still show up and try out on July 7th? Yes, you can still try out! Just show up in person at the Rinks in Anaheim Ice on Saturday July 7th at 9am
